With the Xperts User Board, XiTrust strengthens its clients' opportunities to be involved in the development of MOXIS. The independent customer committee with representatives from voestalpine, BMW and Adecco, among others, actively influences the further development of the product. The chairmanship is taken over by Markus Pleil (Austro Control).
When Markus Pleil was looking for a signature solution for Austro Control, it was important to him to actively help shape this solution. "Where it ends with other providers with the delivery of the product, it only begins with XiTrust," the ICT manager Pleil knows. "Of all the providers we looked at, only with XiTrust it was able to have a say in the development."
With the Xperts User Board, XiTrust is now consistently pursuing this path. As an independent forum, the board thrives on regular input from its stakeholders with different industry-specific requirements for electronic signatures. Georg Lindsberger, CEO XiTrust: "The goal is to pool the expertise and experience of the participants around MOXIS. The exchange of knowledge within the board will therefore also be a key element."
For XiTrust, actively involving users has been part of the product philosophy from the very beginning. The electronic signature with MOXIS has grown from the experience of customers from all industries. Quite a few of the functionalities that are integrated in MOXIS as standard today are the result of an intensive exchange with XiTrust customers.
An expert for the chairmanship
The companies now also participating through the User Board include BMW and voestalpine, Austria's air traffic control company Austro Control, Lenzing AG, Wiener Netze, Raiffeisen-Landesbank Steiermark and the personnel service provider Adecco. The Xperts User Board will initially meet twice a year. Lindsberger: "We will start in March 2021 and we are very happy that we could win an expert like Markus Pleil for the chairmanship!"
Service Manager Pleil recognised the potential of electronic signatures early on and has since placed the topic at the top of Austro Control's digitalisation agenda. Like Markus Pleil, XiTrust's customer base appreciates the opportunity to contribute their own ideas and make MOXIS even more powerful with valuable input trained on daily practice. "The work of the User Board is an exciting challenge and will generate valuable input," the future chairman is certain. "Product development must not be a one-way street."
