Ambassadors of the eSignature

Kick-off: The newly founded Xperts User Board of XiTrust met for the first time under the chairmanship of Markus Pleil (Austro Control GmbH).

In keeping with the current meeting spirit, the members of XiTrust's newly founded Xperts User Board met online. Prudently hosted by Alexandra Nunez (People & Culture Management XiTrust), a rather fresh debut was held. The following XiTrust clients came together at the virtual table: Gabriele Schreyer (BMW AG), Tanja Stoecker (Raiffeisen-Landesbank Steiermark AG), Wolfgang Teschner (voestalpine AG), Bernhard Peschel (Wiener Netze GmbH), Thomas Tauzimsky (Lenzing AG), Nina Kirstein and Stefan Heigl (Adecco). Markus Pleil (Austro Control GmbH) completed the round as chairman of the user board.

Cross-industry parallels

Six members, six sectors: This unique constellation set the pace at the first exchange. Where are the parallels in signature processes? With which solutions have other companies already implemented related topics? The same transparency that characterises MOXIS was reflected in the kick-off meeting right from the start: Knowing what you know.

Gabriele Schreyer, head of temporary employment at the BMW Group, reported something that certainly not everyone knew: before MOXIS, the temporary employment department had to sign up to 250,000 paper-based contracts annually at seven German locations. "We started with electronic signatures long before the pandemic. Today we know: The fact that the quality in contract management was not affected even during the lockdown is due in no small part to the use of MOXIS."

Win-win situation

Thomas Tauzimsky, responsible for data protection at XiTrust customer Lenzing AG, once again emphasised the great opportunity to learn from other users of electronic signatures with MOXIS. "I see the user board in the best sense as a 'competitive forum'. Who has the best solution for certain processes? I expect a great learning effect as an added value. A real win-win situation."

In fact, the pandemic has proven to be a digitalisation accelerator across all sectors, especially when it comes to electronic signatures. This is the case at Raiffeisen-Landesbank Steiermark AG: While it was originally planned to roll out MOXIS in the course of 2020, the decision was made at short notice to complete the process by the end of March 2020. "With the support of XiTrust, this worked out perfectly in the short time available," says Tanja Stoecker, Application Management at Raiffeisen-Landesbank Steiermark. Paperless working is the measure of all things at Raiffeisen-Landesbank, and it has already been implemented in various internal processes, such as in the bank's human resources department.

This also came to light: regardless of the respective business field, all user board members have had to do some convincing at some point. "We are like ambassadors for the electronic signature in our companies," Markus Pleil summed it up accurately. The board left with the hope that the next meeting in autumn will no longer take place on the screen, but in person. Pleil: "We can already look forward to seeing what experience and sense of achievement the board will have gathered by then."
